Patient tracking is nothing but patient search in the database. Here there are two different types of patient tracking facility.
They are:-
1. Lookup of patients from patient list ,
2. Lookup of patients from appointment list.
Here we are having two types of facilities one is to track the patient from patient list. That means, patient list includes all the details of the patient. Where as appointment list specifies only patients who are having appointment and no other details are present in the database. But, both facilities are used to track patients from the database.
