It all starts with appointment scheduling.

This can be done by a front office team member, or online with our real-time online calendar.

Our patient portal allows patients to conveniently register online by providing their personal and insurance information.

In the scheduler, each provider’s daily schedule is displayed, along with patient schedules, insurance details, and any outstanding dues.

The front desk can check-in patients directly from the scheduler, automatically generating their encounter and bill.

When patients arrive, an RN or Medical Assistant checks them in and escorts them to their designated room after taking vital signs.

The provider then meets with the patient, updates their clinical chart, and completes necessary notes.

Our system gives providers access to the patient’s medication history, allowing them to e-prescribe, view or order lab tests, and recommend follow-up appointments if needed.

During check-out, a follow-up appointment is scheduled. Procedure and diagnosis codes are added to the bill, which is then sent for the claim process.

The claim is securely routed to the payer through our clearinghouse, where it undergoes validation before being submitted for initial verification.

Once accepted by the payer (usually within an hour), the response is posted to the claim, and EOBs are automatically associated with the corresponding claim/bill.
