This privacy statement covers how EMED PRACTICE, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company d/b/a eMedicalPractice (hereinafter "eMedicalPractice") treats (handles) personal information for its users that eMedicalPractice collects and receives including information related to your past use of eMedicalPractice services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, and/or phone number and that is not otherwise publicly available. eMedicalPractice is committed in protecting all Personal Health Information (hereinafter “PHI”) of the Users of the Site, as defined below. eMedicalPractice provides the information contained on this website and/or any of the pages comprising the web site (hereinafter "Web site" or “site”) to visitors and registered members (hereinafter "Visitors," registered members and Visitors jointly referred to as "you" or "your" or “Users”) subject to these terms and conditions of use, eMedicalPractice's privacy policy. eMedicalPractice collects personally identifiable information from our Users of site and/or all subpages of such website and any and all Mobile Applications (hereinafter "Mobile Apps" and/or "Apps") affiliated with such websites (hereinafter collectively "Site" and/or "Website") at several different points on our Website including when a User registers. Members of our Site

Member Registration

In order to use this Website fully, you must first complete the login process to access the services.
